  • Eme’s Baked Goods: A Story of Inclusivity & Indulgence —

Growing up with severe food allergies and intolerances wasn’t easy and as a mom, seeing my kids face the same struggles has deepened my understanding of how isolating it can feel. I’ve experienced the heartbreak of being surrounded by love at parties and gatherings, only to realize there wasn’t a single dish that was safe for me to eat. It wasn’t just about the food it was about inclusion. I wanted to feel like I truly belonged, to be part of the celebration, not sitting on the sidelines with a plate of “just in case” snacks.

This personal journey inspired me to create Eme’s Baked Goods, a place where everyone no matter their dietary restrictions feels, seen, included, and cared for.

  • My mission is to redefine indulgence with desserts that are not only luxurious but also safe for people with food sensitivities.

Each dessert I create is handcrafted with care, using gluten free flours, natural sweeteners like honey, coconut sugar and monk fruit, sustainable ingredients. Whether you’re gluten intolerant or simply seeking healthier options, my baked goods are designed to be enjoyed by all without compromise.

I love what I do because I know what it feels like to be excluded, and now I have the privilege of ensuring others never feel that way. At Eme’s Baked Goods, I just don't bake desserts I create a sense of belonging one indulgent bite at a time,
